Anomaly teams do not work in the same way. You do not necessarily have to have a stunner. You employ two other Anomaly experts instead. Burnice is an example of Fire Anomaly, and Yanagi is an example of Electric Anomaly.

Burnice is used to apply the burn effect. Then you alternate to Yanagi to have the shock effect. If two distinct elemental anomalies occur sequentially, they cause a Disorder reaction. Disorder causes a huge blow of momentary harm. It is a complicated yet highly gratifying task.
